Malta, an island in the Mediterranean Sea where I had seriously never imagined myself living. Yet, here I am, in March 2024, sitting by my laptop and going through all the photos I’ve taken in the past two weeks, getting a new photo gallery ready for publication.
I moved to Malta for work and I am supposed to stay here until early autumn. So the gallery is going to get updated over and over again during the following months. I must say that Malta, with its colourful balconies and narrow passages, is really a place to see. Unbelievably photogenic. xD
I use a Nikon D750 plus a fleet of fully manual vintage lenses. I literally only took two automatic lenses with me (Nikkor 50 mm f/1.4 G and Nikkor 35 mm f2 AF-D), the rest of the photos is pure old-school work (manual focus and aperture). If you are interested in knowing which photos come from what lens, check on my Photos from vintage lenses gallery and you’ll find them all sorted. 😉
